Guide to procedure

Here is all you need to do:

Carefully choose the photograph you want to submit as the basis of your artistic creation. Check our guide to this.

  1. Decide the size you want.
  2. If it is in digital form, ascertain that you have enough resolution. Look at our guide to resolution requirements.
  3. Go to the order form on this website. Give us your delivery address, and other contact details, and your choice of size etc.
    As our order form is not yet fully functional, we suggest you email your enquiries to us at enquiries@artisticmementos.com We can provide answers to your questions about size, the suitability of your photo for the process, dispatch, costs etc.

    You can also call on +64-4-472 9791 during the 5-day working week daytime in New Zealand. Leave a message with your number. Please note that Inventas Media is the parent company of Artistic Mementos.

    Note that New Zealand time is:
    2 hours ahead of Australian Eastern time
    4 hours ahead of West Australian time
    19 hours ahead of British Columbia
    12 hours ahead of the UK
    10 hours ahead of South Africa
    11 hours ahead of Germany and France
    20 house ahead of California
    17 hours ahead of US Eastern standard time
  4. Credit card payment details will be found on this form.
  5. Attach your photo file and submit.
  6. We will assess your submission and report back to you by e-mail immediately if it is considered unsuitable in any way. We will not process your credit card payment if your submission is considered unsuitable.
  7. If you prefer to send a photographic print, we suggest you fill out the order form on the website, then print it out and send with the photo print to:

    Or by courier: Artistic Mementos, Inventas Media Ltd, Ground Floor, Wang House, 195-201 Willis St, Wellington, New Zealand.We need four days to do the work before dispatching to you by Airpost (proof-of-delivery service). This generally takes about 5 days to destinations outside New Zealand, just 2 days within New Zealand.

Your work of art will be carefully packaged to avoid any damage, though it is on canvas and inherently non-fragile. All of your photographic material will be returned in damage-proofed packaging.
