ArtisticMementos.com introduces a unique new service in transforming your favourite photograph into a work of art, on artist's canvas and brush-stroked. The result is something to be cherished. It is your own image rendered in a style that emulates the grand masters. It will indeed have the feel and texture of a grand master's work.

Your friends will ask: "Who painted that?"

Here is how our service works:

You can either e-mail us your chosen photograph produced from a digital camera, or e-mail us a suitable scan of your photographic print. Alternatively, you may carefully package your photographic print and send it to us by post or courier for scanning. All photos will be returned with the final product. There are advantages in sending the original negative (accompanied by the correspnding photo print), however this isoptional.

Our small team of experts will render your image artistically and deliver it back to you on canvas with brush strokes and all the textural effects you'd expect in the work of a grand master. You will be stunned. We are very proud of the technique we have developed in this city of special effects, Wellington, New Zealand, the home of the "Lord of the Rings" movies.

Elsewhere on this website, you will be able to take a look at some before-and-after examples. We commend it as a wonderful gift idea.

Two categories of presentation are offered:

Canvas on stretched frame – the canvas is stretched over an invisible lightweight wooden frame, giving your artwork that modern gallery look. It is ready to hang the moment you receive the completed artwork. See the chart of currently available sizes.

Canvas only – you can choose your own framing options.

Please take a look at our guide to procedure.
